Sara Laskey

Customer experience has long been a passion of mine, though my path to it was unconventional. I began my career in entertainment; after graduating from Northwestern University, I joined the Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus as a clown and also served as an animal rights spokesperson. I was inspired to attend medical school and graduated from Case Western Reserve University’s School of Medicine. I became an Emergency Physician and eventually originated the role of CXO for my healthcare system. This led to a deep interest in customer and employee experience and eventually led me to the industry leaders in Experience Management, Qualtrics.
