John Lavoie

John Lavoie is a Distinguished Engineer at Optum focusing on how to use data at scale and leading architecture for the Optum Care Data Platform. He also has experience as an architect and technical lead for Optum’s Analytics Common Capability, a platform for executing patient analytics in massively parallel environments. Prior to Optum, John was a software engineer at Axcelis Technologies. He received his BS in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
