Leo graduated with a degree in management processes. He has more than 11 years of experience in IT. He worked as a Support Analyst, Systems Analyst with a focus on ITSM, IT Change Management and as a Change Manager. He made the biggest GMUD of his career, the processes guy and became a DBA. He has certifications in MCSE: Data Management and Analytics and MCSA: SQL Server 2016 Database Administration.
