Ryan Michael leads engineering at Kaskada, where he is pioneering a new way to think about feature engineering that enables flexible, data-dependent time travel without the possibility of temporal leakage. Before Kaskada, he served as a principal software engineer at ReturnPath and he was leading the development of streaming data infrastructure and their data science platform. Ryan enjoys bringing a design mindset to challenging problems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
