She has led several large scale technology revamps and Cloud migration programs.

She has shared her knowledge at conferences such as Data Con LA and served as a panelist for UCLA. She is actively engaged with student communities in Canada and India. She has been an advisor for academic course planning at IIIT-Dharwad and conducted AWS workshops for them.

Outside of her professional life, Sunita is passionate about Sanskrit. She is a volunteer teacher at Samskritabharati.
Bringing in these various aspects of her life, she has created an online community of technology enthusiasts called "Kaushalavardhanam".
Kaushalavardhanam aims to upskill college students and volunteers by enabling them to collaboratively develop solutions for non-profits, providing meaningful social impact while advancing their technical expertise.
