Jyotika Singh

Jyotika Singh is a Principal Applied Scientist at Oracle, leading the development of generative AI solutions across industries, contributing to significant revenue growth. She also serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at USC. Previously, as Director of Data Science at Placemakr, she developed machine learning solutions for property optimization, and at ICX Media, she led NLP innovations that facilitated the company’s successful acquisition.

Jyotika holds numerous patents in AI, NLP, and machine learning, driving advancements in the tech industry. She is also the author of the book Natural Language Processing in the Real World (CRC Press/Taylor & Francis). A frequent speaker at global conferences, she has contributed to open-source projects directly leading to over 35,000 downloads. Jyotika serves on the review committees for top conferences like EMNLP and ACL and mentors early to mid-career professionals through organizations like Data Science Nigeria and Women Impact Tech.

Her work has earned her multiple awards, including DataIQ Top 100 Most Influential People in Data, 2022, USA, Data Science Leadership Award, and recognition as a Woman of Impact in 2023 and 2024.
