Odessa has over 10 years of experience in the entertainment industry, driving initiatives in executive reporting automation, strategic analysis, forecasting, and business intelligence. She specializes in translating complex data into actionable insights and excels in cross-functional environments, partnering with stakeholders across both technical and business teams to support data-driven decision-making.
In addition to her professional role, Odessa serves as the SoCal Chapter Director for Women in Big Data, a global non-profit organization dedicated to advancing women in data and technology. In this capacity, she has organized more than 30 professional development, mentoring, networking, and panel events, fostering connections and learning opportunities within the data community.
