Boris Shimanovsky

Boris Shimanovsky is ZipRecruiter’s CTO, leading all engineering and technology functions. As CTO he is responsible for empowering his technology teammates and enabling ZipRecruiter’s ambitious goals through scalable systems and sophisticated data and ML/AI practices. Prior to joining ZipRecruiter, Boris was SVP of Engineering at Foursquare. Previous to that, he was CTO at Factual.
