Johnathan Joseph
Founder & CEO at Outfitted AI
Johnathan "JJ" Joseph is the Founder & CEO of Outfitted AI, an AI-powered wardrobe operating system built on a data problem hiding in plain sight: closets are unstructured, so most purchase decisions get made without them. Outfitted turns a user's wardrobe into a structured graph and runs a multi-model AI stack to help people shop with confidence and get more value from what they already own.
JJ came to founding from a background in corporate finance and holds a Master's in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from USC's Marshall School of Business, where he's currently in the Lloyd Greif Center incubator. He is especially interested in the intelligence layer forming between the consumer's closet and fashion commerce. JJ is based in Los Angeles.

No Permission Required: Turning a Data Problem Into a Product
You do not need permission to build. Whether inside a company or outside one, start with what you have: data, tools, curiosity, insights into customer / stakeholder pain, and the ability to create useful artifacts. Build from means, not permission. Treat new ideas as searches. Make AI the accelerator. Balance exploration with guardrails. Hear from five founders and operators on landing on a problem worth solving, getting from idea to a first version, reaching the right audience, and what AI has changed about all of it. For anyone who is inspired to build and has been waiting on a title, a budget, or someone else's green light.
