Katya Ogai

Katya Ogai is Head of Analytics and BI at Builder.io and a data strategist with over a decade of experience at companies like Twilio, AppFolio, and LendingClub. Currently pursuing her Master's in Applied Statistics and Data Science at UCLA, she's built analytics functions from the ground up and advised C-suites on what the numbers actually mean. She's spent much of her career on the hiring side of data teams, deciding who gets brought in and what actually makes someone effective once they're there.
