Mahima Sachan is a former software engineer at Microsoft (and earlier, Salesforce), now pursuing a Master's in Computer Science at California State University, Long Beach and researching AI agents and their evaluation systems. After 5.5 years in industry as a product manager and engineer, she went back to dive deep into AI wave. Her focus is eval engineering, treating evaluation as the layer that proves an AI system is correct that keep working as products, users, and models change.
