Brittany Allen
Senior Analytics Engineer at California Office of Data and Innovation (ODI)
Brittany has 8 years of experience in data, during which she has led training programs and delivered data models and analyses that empower teams to make impactful decisions. She has also co-led the development and implementation of ODI's data stack, enabling data integration, modeling, and analysis. Brittany has applied her data analysis and visualization skills to measure and optimize the performance of various state websites and products, such as covid19.ca.gov, myturn.ca.gov, and edd.ca.gov.
As a Governor-appointee and public servant, Brittany values collaboration and innovation in her work, striving to cultivate cultures of excellence, transparency, and inclusivity.
Since 2022, Brittany has been volunteering with V-O-Cal to build and maintain trails in Northern California and was promoted this year to lead and teach crews of volunteers in the same efforts.
She is excited to continue applying her expertise to positively and meaningfully impact human life.
